Halton Lea Library is located at Halton Lea, Runcorn, Cheshire, WA7 2PF UK.  It is on the second floor on Second Avenue on the north side of the shopping centre, next to the bus station and opposite Asda.  

There is some limited parking at the back of the library and the retail park car park can serve for any overspill.  The retail park car park is approached from the junction of West Lane and Southway.  Please note that the ASDA car park has attendants who issue parking fines for anyone who stays for more than two hours.  For more information telephone 01928 715351  or e-mail Janette Fleming
